When will my PRE-ORDER ship? Your PRE-ORDER Beginner Starter Kit should ship roughly 2 WEEKS after you order. I am currently waiting on a delayed delivery of materials, so your patience is appreciated! PRE-ORDER processing times may be increased to 3-4 weeks.

What is the return policy? All sales are final. I accept returns or exchanges only for product damaged in transit or if the incorrect item was shipped to you. Please see this page for our full refund policy.

What are the shipping options? All of my packages are shipped via USPS First Class and SHOULD arrive within the US in 2-6 days. Please note, I do not control packages once they leave my hands and I see the same shipping and tracking information that you do. Contact USPS to inquire on any shipping delays.
