Processing time
All regular orders are processed within 1-7 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.

The time I need to prepare a custom order for shipping varies, but is generally between 2-6 weeks. We will discuss turnaround times prior to you placing your custom order.

Estimated shipping times
US: 3-5 business days

Canada: 1-4 weeks

Europe: 2-8 weeks

I'll do my best to meet these shipping estimates, but cannot guarantee them. Actual delivery time will depend on the shipping method you choose.

Customs and import taxes

I happily offer international shipping for buyers outside of the US. However, I am not responsible for delays due to shipping and customs. Prices shown do NOT include VAT fees imposed by your country and I am NOT responsible for customs fees and import taxes.

Special circumstances

Infrequently a package may undeliverable and will be returned to sender. The most common cause is an incorrect address. Please double check the address you use at check out. If a package is returned to me, I will reach out to you to gather more information. I am not responsible for the shipping fees to resend the package.
